You do not need a finished plan. A useful first message tells Al what the building needs to do and where it needs to go.
- The main use: storage, work, hobby, equipment, office or another goal
- A rough size—or measurements of the largest items going inside
- The delivery address or ZIP code
- Gates, fences, trees, overhead lines, soft ground or slope Al should know about
- Your target timing and whether you are comparing cash or rent-to-own

Choose from the lot when speed and seeing the exact building matter most. Start custom when the size, openings, colors or interior plan need to solve a specific job.
The tradeoff is simple: on-lot inventory is limited to what is available now; custom gives you more control but requires current factory confirmation and a different timeline. Al can compare both paths before you decide.

Measure what has to fit, then allow room to open doors, walk, work and add shelving. Also measure the delivery path—not only the final building spot.
A model that fits on paper can still be the wrong choice if a gate, turn, tree, line, setback or slope makes placement difficult. Al uses the contents, property and access together to narrow the size.
