This website is a sales and quote-request tool. Submitting a form does not place an order, reserve a building, guarantee availability or create a financing or rent-to-own agreement.

Inventory and imagery

Inventory status can change quickly. “Available,” pricing, colors, features and delivery timing must be confirmed directly by Alvin for the specific stock number. Official model images may be representative and may not show the exact lot building.

Custom requests

The custom-build flow creates a request summary, not a scale drawing, engineering plan or final factory configuration. Current options, colors and buildable combinations remain subject to manufacturer approval.

Pricing and rent-to-own

Any price or payment estimate is subject to confirmation, taxes, current program terms and eligibility. Rent-to-own is not represented as traditional financing. Review the complete written agreement before signing.

Delivery and property readiness

Delivery range, setup, site access, leveling, anchoring, permits, zoning, setbacks, utility work and site preparation vary by building and property. Customers are responsible for confirming local requirements before purchase or conversion of a portable building.

Warranties

Warranty references summarize manufacturer marketing and are controlled by the manufacturer’s current written warranty for the applicable materials and building.
